The agenda is the event schedule: a list of sessions. Each session is a titled slot on the calendar — a keynote, a workshop, a break. Sessions are grouped by day and ordered by start time. There is no manual sort order. To move a session, change its start time. Open Program & venue → Agenda.
The agenda uses the event start date. If the event has no start date yet, set one in Settings first. Every session must fall on or after that date.

Add a session

1

Create it

Choose Add session and enter a title. Schedule and access are configured on the session page.
2

Schedule it

Set Starts. Ends is optional; leave it empty for an open-ended session. Times must fall on or after the event start date.
3

Place it (optional)

Choose a Venue from Venues. A session can exist on the agenda without a venue.
4

Describe it

Add a description of the session.

Who can see and join

Access is controlled through perks, not through ticket types:
  • No perks selected — the session is open to everyone. This is the default.
  • Any perks selected — the session is limited to attendees who hold at least one of those perks.
The chain is ticket → perk → session: a ticket type or add-on grants a perk, and the perk includes the session. To limit a session to VIP attendees, create a “VIP access” perk on Perks, bind it to the VIP ticket type, and select it on the session. A gated session does not name ticket types. Ticket types can be restructured without editing the agenda.
Sessions in a perk-restricted venue inherit that venue’s restriction. A session with no perks of its own, placed in a gated room, is still gated. See Venues.

Rules

  • Order is time. There is no drag-to-reorder. Change the start time to move a session.
  • A start date is required. An event without a start date has no agenda. Set the date in Settings.
  • Changing the event start date clears the agenda. Sessions are anchored to that date. The console asks for confirmation before clearing. Set event dates before building a detailed agenda.
  • Sessions can be deleted. Deletion cannot be undone. A confirmation dialog is shown first.
  • Sessions have no capacity or attendee list. A perk is an entry gate, not enrollment. There is no per-session sign-up.
  • Gating is perk bindings only. Text in the description does not restrict access.
Speakers in a gated session do not need a special ticket. Assigning them from the speaker page grants the required perks on their registration.
