The Reports page in the event navigation aggregates registrations, orders, settled money, check-ins, and promotion links. Anyone who can read the event’s content can open it. Figures are computed when the page loads. Reload to refresh.

Overview

Four figures at the top:

Registrations

  • A line chart of non-cancelled registrations per day, bucketed by the day they registered in the event’s time zone.
  • A table by ticket type: status, Confirmed (shown as confirmed / capacity when the type has a capacity), Pending approval, Waitlisted, and Cancelled. Registrations made before the event had ticket types sit in a No ticket type row. The table exports as CSV.

Revenue

Amounts are in the event’s currency. Two sides are shown because they count different things:
  • Order side (paid orders)Gross (the total of paid orders), Discounts taken (redemption-code discounts), and Refunded (orders) (refunds recorded on orders). Free orders count as paid orders with an amount of zero.
  • Ledger side (settled money)Charges, Platform fees, Refunds, and Net (charges − fees − refunds). Only money that went through the payment provider reaches the ledger.
  • Orders by status — awaiting confirmation, awaiting payment, completed, expired, cancelled, refunded.
The two sides differing is expected. A free event has orders and no ledger. A paid event’s ledger is what the payment provider settled. Free registrations are not a discrepancy.
Below them: a line chart of revenue per day, by the day each order was paid, and a sales table per item — Item (the name as it was at purchase), Kind (Ticket, Add-on, or Bundle), Sold, and Amount. The table exports as CSV.

Attendance

Shown when the event has the Onsite module. Otherwise the section states that and links to enabling it. See Check-in.
  • A line chart of front-desk arrivals per day.
  • A table per session — session, start time, and how many checked in — including sessions with no attendance. Exports as CSV.
  • A table per venue, when any venue door has been scanned: the venue’s own scans, not those of the sessions held in it.

Channels

What each promotion link recorded: name, channel (utm_source / utm_medium), Clicks, Confirmed registrations, and Revenue. Clicks are a counter and over-report — crawlers, prefetching, and reloads all increment it. Confirmed registrations and revenue are counted from the records. The page states this beneath the table.

Rules to know

  • Figures are a snapshot taken when the page loads. Approve, refund, and check in on their own pages.
  • A free event is not a special case. It reports orders with zero amounts and an empty ledger.
  • Only paid orders count as revenue. Orders awaiting confirmation or payment appear in the status counts only.
  • Days follow the event’s time zone in every chart.
  • Arrival rate is arrivals over currently confirmed registrations. It is a snapshot, not an audit: someone who arrived and was later cancelled is not re-counted.
  • Attendance needs Onsite. Without the module there is nothing to count.
  • Single-event only. Cross-event figures are not on this page.
